--WHAT ABOUT SUMMER - IS IT TOO HOT?--
We leave when temperatures are cool in the morning in the Santa Barbara area. Summer temperatures can reach over 90 degrees in Solvang. We enjoy an average temperature of 70 degrees making an open air tour the absolute best choice.
--WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN H-1 AND A JEEP?--
Our Hummers are military class Hummers. The military upgraded to the Hummer in 1984 to replace the Jeep. A true H-1 with all the armor upgrades costs some $100,000 more then a ordinary Jeep. Also, we avoid a tour in just another car. The H-1s we use on this tour are OPEN AIR and provide a full sensory experience of the wine country.
However, if you really must have a Jeep tour, we also offer a 9 passenger extended Safari Jeep offered on our 3 hour STANDARD wine tour. This tour is only $99 pp and the best priced tour in town. Our DELUXE tours are VIP tours and we always guarantee a Hummer tour.

However, our Standard 3 hour tour offers a tour aboard our 1 ton Safari Jeep and offers a tour at $99, less than any competitor. We offer a tasting at the winery where Sideways was filmed and an optional Premium label tasting or a Beer tasting.

--IS THERE TIME OFF THE HUMMER TOUR?--
We spend about 3 hours off the Hummer on our full day tour for stops at 4 wineries and a gourmet picnic.
--RECOMMENDED AGE RANGE?--
You must be 21 or over to participate in our day wine tasting. However, we offer special prices for anyone under 21. We will offer sparkling spring water or soda to minors.
